Front desk receptionist Lauren refused to check in my fiancé due to her own personal issues with him. If you are looking for a high school level of care come here if you are in need of professional care, please seek it elsewhere. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Sad thing is this has been the normal expectations of front desk that the manager allows for some time now.
Rude receptionists, they are unprofessional staff that will hang up on you
This location is a hot mess. Constant rescheduling, office/desk workers are very clearly unorganized as they keep my pharmacy and myself on hold to refill a script that has been placed twice over the last month. Doctors don’t calculate correctly how long you need your refills to get you to your next appointment.
We have been at Beaumont Canton for over 2 years now. We originally was referred to Dr. Valerie Johnson who is and was amazing with our pediatric care. Her team of staff was also very nice and friendly. When she went on leave we were left with no choice but to visit down the hall where we were under the care of Dr. Schweller.
