Front desk receptionist Lauren refused to check in my fiancé due to her own personal issues with him. If you are looking for a high school level of care come here if you are in need of professional care, please seek it elsewhere. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Sad thing is this has been the normal expectations of front desk that the manager allows for some time now.
