Called to make an appointment to get a doctor's note for leave at work. They hung up on me.
I can’t speak for the other staff, but Dr. Lerner has set an extremely high standard for medical professionals everywhere! She is especially knowledgeable, helpful, and is extremely compassionate. She has helped me get on track for a multitude of things, and offers thorough care whenever I see her. I’ve been with doctors who seem to want to rush me out, or discredit my concerns, but Dr. Lerner is the complete opposite. I couldn’t be more grateful for such a wonderful doctor! I would definitely recommend her.
This office and entire staff have gone above and beyond for me :) I’m so lucky to have Dr.Lerner as my physician and the receptionists are always kind to me! Thank you so much Beaumont Family Medical! You guys make my health journey so much smoother!
Not impressed!!! I have been going to this clinic for over 30 years, and this spring my doctor retired, this I understand. What upsets me is I was told they would not put me on a waitlist for the next doctor they hire, I understand it might not be tomorrow and I'm willing to wait. How can a clinic that has taken care of their clients for so long just kick you to the curb!
