The clinic shows very little respect for patients' time. If you're just five minutes late, your appointment is cancelled and you're charged a no-show fee. However, when the doctor cancels or reschedules appointments, patients are simply expected to accept it. Patients are required to give 24 hours' notice to cancel, yet the clinic doesn't appear to hold itself to the same standard. The double standard is frustrating and demonstrates a lack of consideration for patients.

I can’t speak for the other staff, but Dr. Lerner has set an extremely high standard for medical professionals everywhere! She is especially knowledgeable, helpful, and is extremely compassionate. She has helped me get on track for a multitude of things, and offers thorough care whenever I see her. I’ve been with doctors who seem to want to rush me out, or discredit my concerns, but Dr. Lerner is the complete opposite. I couldn’t be more grateful for such a wonderful doctor! I would definitely recommend her.
