What can I say except they are lazy, incompetent, and rude. I called about getting a medication refill since I was a patient of that clinic. Dr. Saini was the person I normally saw, but she left the practice. I was told that I would not get a refill without seeing a doctor, which of course wouldn't happen for several weeks. I already have an appointment with a new Endocrinologist, but not until June 18th. Dr ohava Was by far the worst doctor I’ve ever seen in my life. She was very rude and she refused to give me my prescriptions that every other doctor has prescribed me. I see why the reviews are so low.
I've been a type 1 diabetic for 34 yrs and this is the worst care I have ever seen. The staff is inept and unprofessional. And the doctors don't get blood work, check your A1C or go over your sugars and insulin levels. The tragically low quality of care is terrifying.
Prior patient of Ospina and then Saini. Called to get seen 2 months ahead with move back to Michigan. Unable to accommodate. I need medicine that needs prior authorization and had only 60 days worth. I can't fill script from out of state doctor. Asked work days for my prior doctor and unable to tell me what days my doctor is in office. Shouldn't have to take work off to get medical help . Looking for Henry Ford doctor now. Beaumont has gone to pot since covid and Corwell health. They lost a lifetime patient born Beaumont.
I called on today’s date 2-27-25 and I am speaking to the receptionist about a refill and she consecutively cuts me off and then places me on hold trying to argue with me. VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND DISCOURAGING TO KNOW THAT YOUR RECEPTION STAFF TREATS PATIENTS LIKE WE ARE STUPID AND WE DONT GET TO SPEAK.
