I've been a type 1 diabetic for 34 yrs and this is the worst care I have ever seen. The staff is inept and unprofessional. And the doctors don't get blood work, check your A1C or go over your sugars and insulin levels. The tragically low quality of care is terrifying.

Prior patient of Ospina and then Saini. Called to get seen 2 months ahead with move back to Michigan. Unable to accommodate. I need medicine that needs prior authorization and had only 60 days worth. I can't fill script from out of state doctor. Asked work days for my prior doctor and unable to tell me what days my doctor is in office. Shouldn't have to take work off to get medical help . Looking for Henry Ford doctor now. Beaumont has gone to pot since covid and Corwell health. They lost a lifetime patient born Beaumont.

I called on today’s date 2-27-25 and I am speaking to the receptionist about a refill and she consecutively cuts me off and then places me on hold trying to argue with me. VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND DISCOURAGING TO KNOW THAT YOUR RECEPTION STAFF TREATS PATIENTS LIKE WE ARE STUPID AND WE DONT GET TO SPEAK. Dr Kim is unprofessional and uncourteous I went to get tested for my endocrine disorder my first visit went fine. After all of my labs came back we spoke over the phone and it was almost like I had never spoke to her before and like she didn't review the notes about me. She began to yell at me over the phone after I asked a few simple, calm and collected questions. Doctor Alice Kim is difficult to reach, and did my prescription wrong so now I am left without insulin pump supplies for almost 4 weeks because I cannot get into contact with them. I tried using the mychart chat only to get no response, and same thing when I called the office. How are do you even consider yourself a professional???
