I was really disappointed when I took my son here today On 1-31-2026 At 12:10 pm. I myself have been here twice, And everyone was wonderful even the doctors. But today when my son went in for an ankle injury, the doctor was very rude, snooty, and acted like you were bothering her when you were asking questions. Best experience I've had in an ER.
The whole team from the NP to RNs were so helpful and caring towards me, especially with my severe health anxiety. They reassured me and gave me such a good experience when I was expecting the worst.
My husband could not breathe! The intake staff swooped my husband up so fast and into observation in seconds. Everyone at the desk, the nursing staff and the amazing ER Dr were ON IT ! I am so grateful for everyone that helped my Husband that day.. thank you
