My husband and I made a visit a little over a week ago after my husband was feeling slightly dizzy. We were brought back immediately with every one providing immediate care that included an EKG, IV and defib pads on. He was diagnosed with complete heart block and a transfer was immediately initiated to move him to Troy hospital. Everyone was professional, friendly and provided an environment that he was in "good hands". I went in today with a strange pain in my head. I was taken to a room within 10 minutes of my arrival. I spoke with Dr. Newson very quickly, and a plan of action was put into place. The staff was outstanding and attentive. Even though they were very busy, they all took the time to make sure I was comfortable. I don't generally leave reviews, but I was so impressed with the service I received while I was there. I would highly recommend this ER to anyone who needs quick, efficient, thorough care.

I went in at 400 after being sick on and off for a month. I was getting dizzy when when coughing! Urgent care found my heart rate high and sent me there. They didn't want to swab me bc it "wouldn't show anything." I drove over and from 4-630 the staff got me admitted, another ekg, blood work, iv, breathing treatment, chest xray, and a swab! I wound up having rs. II was home by 645 after some steroids and an inhaler. Bonus - the staff is amazing. Everyone was very kind.
