Normally my experiences with dental offices have been less than ideal. This dentist office is the only one that I have been to where I felt comfortable and well taken care of. They are kind, patient, understanding, funny and honest. If I can help it, this will be my forever dental office. I just want to say thank you for treating me like a human being.
Front desk issues. Access and Dr. Peveto are in network, yet I had to pay due to front desk confusion. Things happen so wasn’t big deal at first. Upon confirming with my insurance, receptionist stated they’d file claim and provide me a reimbursement. It’s been two weeks+ and no claim filed. Attempts to call go unanswered by me and insurance co. Dental service itself was great, no issues with Dr. Peveto.
I recently visited Access Dental & Orthodontics, Dowlen Road, Beaumont, Texas. I was greeted professionally by the front desk staff and that makes a HUGE difference for me. I went in for a routine dental examination. Xrays were taken by Ms. K'monee and Dr. Nguyen reviewed and explained the dental care that was immediately needed.
