Had a bad bowing wall problem. We hired this company because they were the only ones that seems to be experts at it. They installed carbon on one wall, anchors on another, and beams on a third.
These guys really went out of there way to get it done right. Had some trouble wih the install but definitely made good. Sent a service guy out three times for free to make sure i was satisfied. Impressive.

Called company and asked for an email to send project information. A rep kept asking for my email and phone number etc. instead when I was request company email to send information for better communication and this guy resisted sharing company email and hung up on me. Bad customer service.
Never responded after initial contact. They missed out on money.
