I hope his practice has gotten better; years ago, when I had my colonoscopy, I was checked in before 9 and didn't get seen until after 2 p.m., with no apologies and no explanations. Another time, his secretary got nasty with me when my brother died and I couldn't make the appointment. Thankfully, my current primary doctor gives me the medications I need.
