We have lived at Riverside Commons for almost a year and we love it. Caring, friendly staff and residents. We love all of the amenities, and no more worries about home repairs or yard maintenance. We have a lovely apartment, and there are so many activities to take part in. You can be as busy (or not) as you want. We can cook in our full kitchen, or take advantage of either the Bistro or Acorn dining room. It is truly worry-free living!
This is not a good place I’m not happy with the device I’m here now my dad been up since 8:00 am and it’s now 5:30 he ready to go to bed he 86 and I told staff nobody came in call light been on for hours I think time call state on them
When you email or call them with complaints on how your loved one was treated they’ll never respond. They run away from being held accountable. They are careless. Our mom’s health was jeopardized because of mistakes in medications that were prescribed but never given. Maybe when seen in court they’ll respond.
Saw a lot off people being over looked but I do think that they are under staffed. They all are very friendly I can say that. If it wasn't for my mom's husband being there all day to tend to her needs then she would of been neglected.
