I am extremely disappointed with how this office treated my wife. She had to miss an appointment due to circumstances beyond her control, and instead of showing any understanding or working with her to reschedule, they dismissed her as a patient. What was even more upsetting was how rude and dismissive the staff were throughout the process. There was no empathy, no willingness to listen, and no effort to find a reasonable solution. Dr Suresh is the best doctor I have ever had or ever will have. I can say that with confidence since I didn’t find her until I was well into my eighties! She is professional, organized, kind, compassionate, makes you feel at ease, really listens to her patients concerns, extremely knowledgeable when it comes to explaining test results, warm and friendly, and conveys a true love for her patients in wanting them to be well cared for. Waited over 30 minutes in the lobby got in then waited more then 30 minutes in the room for the doctor overall waited more then an hour just for someone to even speak to me my dad fell asleep in the room waiting for the doctor.

I have been seeing Dr Raam for about 10 years now. I have never been more satisfied with a Primary Care Physician. Very thorough and calls with lab results as needed. Not a single complaint; ever. Would highly recommend.
