For 7 years I paid my bill automatically , never had to think about it . Since they changed the system to make some nickles and dimes off of us ...it sucks

These people are rogue actors. No courtesy as they just show up and put a lock on water! They are too last to knock on the door. In fact their attitude toward customers is unacceptable. In fact, these people responded and felt that cutting off someone's water was not deserving of a 1 star. In fact your response is exactly the arrogant commentary I expect from a rogue District like yours. Further, you never left a note, never knocked the door, never bother to investigate.

I had to call for a meter on a fire hydrant, Taylor (customer service & Mark in engineering) were so helpful and knowledgeable. I need to fill up a massive pool and my contractor was trying to rip me off and said water is $7,000. This process was extremely easy the deposit is high but it’s a deposit for a reason (don’t mess stuff up) . Even that being said I still saved probably $6,100 when this is all said and done. Thank you Taylor and Mark

Cherry valley water district is the worst utility company that exist they over charge charge 50.00even when your service is active they advertise payment plans and utility assistance but don’t honor their advertisement it is use the worst company to deal with

The Absolute Worst Water Company Ever. They DO NOT OFFER EXTENSIONS have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERTISE AND ARE NONCHALANT. IM BEYOND DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR ALLOWING THE STAFF OF A WATER COMPANY TO TREAT ANY CUSTOMERS THIS WAY
