Unacceptable! The community is very disturbed by this. 6 months after the first notice and still no improvement.
Just moved in to a home in Beaumont in January and today I get a letter from the water district that the previous owner is delinquent on their bill so they're transferring the balance to me. What kind of corrupt BS is that!!!???

My bills have been absolutely ridiculous there are 2 people living here laundry is done once a week for myself and my husband both retired we eat on paper plates so I don't get it not once have I seen anyone come out to read my meter I do see the trucks parked on the street and the workers drinking coffee and shooting the breeze oh well this is our wonderful city
