⭐ The Worst Customer Service! This water company has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There seems to be no compassion or understanding for their customers. My fees and additional charges are higher than the actual cost of the water I use! How is that reasonable? Over priced and poor quality water that is bearly in tolerance.
Unacceptable! The community is very disturbed by this. 6 months after the first notice and still no improvement.
Just moved in to a home in Beaumont in January and today I get a letter from the water district that the previous owner is delinquent on their bill so they're transferring the balance to me. What kind of corrupt BS is that!!!???
