This place is extremely unhelpful. The receptionists are rude when you try to get help and the paperwork you need for your child to get into ABA when they’re the ones who recommended the ABA. Emily the social worker has not gotten back with me to help me with the insurance to clear my son to get him into ABA. Also I called the insurance company to find out why the denial and they said because the Center never gave them the paperwork and never contacted them back before they denied the claim.
Dr Youngs, Stephanie and the entire staff at the office are amazing. My daughter has been going here for seven years. I can't say enough about how wonderful of a place this is.
My son attended this facility since January. Staff was very friendly and nice ! Very clean if I may add! As a hard working mother I couldn’t attend his sessions as a family due to work and his therapist availability, but over the phone was accepted. Long story short, found another facility to accommodate with me and my family, during this new stage in our life.
