I had an appointment at 11:15. When I came in they said the doctor they have me scheduled for doesn’t even work here anymore. I never received a notice or anything. Infact I got a confirmation by text with the doctor and time. So they said they could reschedule me for later that day. This place is by far the worst doctors office I have ever dealt with. And between my mom and dad, I have been to an abundance of doctors. They do not answer their phone. That is simply not a thing. I had to get a hold of a radiologist in the building and she finally went up to tell them to call me cause I was checking on an appointment for later in the day for my mom. They never did. I ended up just coming up here alone just to ask a question. They sent my mom home with pills for her cancer and had us made an appointment for... read more
I have been receiving mammogram here for several years, I haven't had any problems with staff or testing...
Don’t take the first appointment of the morning. They are late getting in. Rude when they let you in - then don’t check you in. Meanwhile the back is talking and laughing… sigh.
I had the best experience from the mammogram to my radiation therapy the staff of nurses was so nice sweet and caring I appreciate them they rock they made my breast cancer so much easier.
