I had an unusual and negative experience with a technician at this facility during my annual mammogram. I wear a KN95 mask to protect my health because I am immunocompromised and have multiple complex health conditions. The technician was not wearing a mask and panicked when she saw mine, and insisted I must be sick. When I told her about my health issue, she rudely told me she “didn't need to know that” and later made insensitive comments about me. I had an appointment at 11:15. When I came in they said the doctor they have me scheduled for doesn’t even work here anymore. I never received a notice or anything. Infact I got a confirmation by text with the doctor and time. So they said they could reschedule me for later that day. I have been waiting over an hour for my appt and they still haven’t taken me back. I waisted my whole day with this appointment. This place is by far the worst doctors office I have ever dealt with. And between my mom and dad, I have been to an abundance of doctors. They do not answer their phone. That is simply not a thing. I had to get a hold of a radiologist in the building and she finally went up to tell them to call me cause I was checking on an appointment for later in the day for my mom. They never did. I ended up just coming up here alone just to ask a question. They sent my mom home with pills for her cancer and had us made an appointment for... read more
