I had a bad experience there once a couple of years ago. It was addressed. However, today - they deserve 5 stars. Front Desk, Check-In, Facility and techician are absolutely amazing. I cannot rave enough how great the technician was today. There was no wait time, parking was great, facility is clean, all staff members I interacted with were kind, professional and knowledgable. Thank you for great care.
I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the lack of communication from your office. As a patient with a history of breast cancer, I called your office eight days ago to report a new symptom. The voicemail greeting stated that my call would be returned within 24 to 48 hours. Despite this assurance, I have still not received a response. Given my medical history, this delay is deeply concerning.
I really appreciate the care and services here. I was seen today at this location for a mammogram. Carla was wonderful and very calming. This was the most pleasant and seamless mammogram I've ever had. Carla is awesome at her job. As most women my age know, mammograms can be awkward and stressful but Carla was efficient and guided me effortlessly during the procedure. I am so very thankful that this location is near me. Easy appointment making tons of availability. But, the best part is the staff. Holy smokes, these healthcare workers are top-notch. They had me in and out, showed immense compassion, and honestly we're just lovely humans all around. I honestly couldn't ask for better care.
Very kind and respectful from the moment I walked into the door. The entire staff was amazing, and made me feel very comfortable. Very caring, which was a God send for me at the time of my visit! Keep up the great work ladies, you are impacting others lives more than you know. I’ll never forget the genuine kindness that was given from start to finish.
