Unfortunately, I didn’t have a positive experience here. I spent over 20 minutes filling out paperwork I could have pre-filled at home or digitally. The issue that brought me in was not explained any more thoroughly to me by the NP than it had been by my GYN’s office. I was told a diagnosed benign mass I have in my other breast “could” actually be a Phyllodes tumor, which can be malignant. But no directions on how to monitor that were given. 6 months ago I met the staff and Dr. And find they gave me excellent complete knowledge and information. If I had a question, always made sure I got answer. Thank you for caring! Plus surgery went well..

Took 10 days to tell me I had an unusual result and needed to come back in. Then took another week to schedule another appointment. My doctor wanted a certain extra test and they claimed once I had my first test with them that I was no longer under my doctors care. Never again. Go somewhere else.

I have been to a few other places and this one takes the cake. The staff is friendly, supportive, and educational. I came there completely terrified and left feeling confident that I was in good hands.
