The office is clean & the staff is friendly. Holly, the ultrasound tech, is absolutely amazing. Scheduling process is awful. My biggest issue is you’ll get a “surprise” bill from “Drs. Harris, Birkhill, Wang, Songe and Associates” for reading the ultrasound after already being charged & billed by Corewell for the same thing.
oh my, they removed my review. Welp, when I went in fir a breast biopsy, the u/s tech was using my EXAM ROOM AND TIME TO PUMP HER BREASTS FOR MILK. Coming out after 30 minutes into my appointment talking about "I was pumping my breasts" ! I reported this to my insurance and the state! bye-bye. I went to karmanos one and done! and I went to karmanos fir my colonoscopy corrwell dont know how to treat ppl trying to get screened and treated for cancer!
I have been going here for more than fifteen years. They are very nice, very professional and very quick. I signed in and didn't wait but five minutes before going back. Within 20 minutes I was out of there.
Ultrasound tech Holly is absolutely amazing, she remembered me from a previous scan, she is kind calm and collected and has a good poker face but also a great way of explaining what’s happening, explaining scans and making you comfortable. Dr. Mabry is a wonderful kind soul. She handles with such grace and kept me calm when I wanted to panic. They have rid my mother of cancer and helped me with issues and paranoia. Amazing team in my eyes.
I've been coming here for years. The tech this time was not good. No personality, didn't listen to things I had said. She kept calling my name in the waiting room and I kept telling her one moment I was dealing with the front desk. Will not hesitate to go elsewhere next year.
