Ultrasound tech Holly is absolutely amazing, she remembered me from a previous scan, she is kind calm and collected and has a good poker face but also a great way of explaining what’s happening, explaining scans and making you comfortable. Dr. Mabry is a wonderful kind soul. She handles with such grace and kept me calm when I wanted to panic. They have rid my mother of cancer and helped me with issues and paranoia. Amazing team in my eyes.
I've been coming here for years. The tech this time was not good. No personality, didn't listen to things I had said. She kept calling my name in the waiting room and I kept telling her one moment I was dealing with the front desk. Will not hesitate to go elsewhere next year.
Worst care I've received, scheduling is awful, no one knows what they're doing, and you get a different answer every person you talk to. Save your self and go elsewhere.
Didn't wait for long and had me in and out pretty quick. Everyone was very polite and nice
This place has really gone downhill. I was there a few years ago for a biopsy and the staff was wonderful. I had another abnormal mammogram at my doctor's office so I had to follow up here. They called me for the appointment. I took the day off from work and sat there an hour for them to tell me they don't have my images. I volunteered to call my doctor but they said it would take at least a week and sent me on my way. I did call my doctor, images were sent on December 30 and they resent them today in a matter of ten seconds... read more
