This place has really gone downhill. I was there a few years ago for a biopsy and the staff was wonderful. I had another abnormal mammogram at my doctor's office so I had to follow up here. They called me for the appointment. I took the day off from work and sat there an hour for them to tell me they don't have my images. I volunteered to call my doctor but they said it would take at least a week and sent me on my way. I've had many procedures, operations and ER visits at Southshore and have always had the best experiences. Great staff. Always helpful, knowledgeable and kind.
A place filled with hate and no tolerance stay far away from this toxic place
Went for imaging. Mammogram machine is not cleaned after each patient. It reeked of underarm and a smell of sour milk. I found it very rude that the doctor came in with her jacket and purse to go over my results. Also she had her car keys in hand. She was obviously in a rush to leave as I had to ask her to repeat what she told me because she was talking extremely fast. As I was leaving the room, the tech and I was greeted by dark halls.
