I went in and changed my appointment online to a slightly later appointment. I don't know what happened within the system. But after driving all this way forty minutes, they refuse to see me. I absolutely hate getting this test done. And it took everything in me to come. Absolutely, horrible experience. Absolutely rude receptionist.
Went for a CT today at Cath Lab. Unprofessional, no personality with patients!!!! If you were a coworker I'll chat it up with you all day. They did not work with my disabilities at all. I was told to arrive at 6 am at registration we were told the Cath Lab opens at 6 am, well 6:30 comes around and someone finally opens the door. I told my nurse I had meds to take for my prep she said well I hope you have them because we don't have them here. Not a serious Hospital to be going to if you have something major illness.
My nurses have been absolutely amazing! The doctors listened, the nurses listen, no complaints. Mckenzie and Ingrid I would want on my case any time I come in! Absolute peaches🥰
