Terrible people. Terrible manners. Terrible service. Ridiculous rules. Told me my unborn child was considered a new patient and that they weren't accepting "new patients" at this time
Been going to Athens Clinic for over 25 years. Couldn't get a new appointment with Dr Ellen made an appointment with Dr Andy. Felt very dismissed. I explained to Dr Andy I felt he dismissed me. He said speak to my primary care physician. He had my medical chart. He wouldn't spend the time with me to hear my concerns. He shrugged his shoulders and walked. REALLY!!!
RecommendedWe've been going to the Athens Clinic and under Dr. Ellen's care for about 25 years. Like any business or health facility there are good days and bad, but overall we like the care we receive. Dr. Ellen is very thorough and we don't mind traveling 17 miles to get there even though there is another great doctor 1 mile from our home.
Dr. Andy is the greatest he is always attentive to my medical needs and mostly understanding sometimes he gets mad at me but then I deserve it and my grandson loves him1
I used to work there so I decided to still use them as my family physician after I left. Dr Ellen hasn't changed. She is still always behind and you are in that office for hours. I wish she could get it together and see her patients when their appointments are. I have better things to do with my time. I would give them 1 star if that.
