Another Doctor's office with receptionists who seem to hate their job. 1st person I talked to was helpful, then I had to unfortunately call back and spoke to someone who didn't seem concerned with helping at all, just making sure I spoke properly. Looking into a new PCP.
This is the kind of place that gets sued for medical malpractice, they lost my specimen, after a very stressful visit, which I might add, the Dr was super presumptuous, and not very open about her Intel; after taking the questionnaire, she says, interesting 🤔...what's so interesting 🧐 very little feedback ..btw this is the second time I'm posting about the same incident 😕 my review seems to have disappeared
Dr. Navarro is a great listener. He listens to your problems and answers any /all of your health related questions. Always look forward to his suggestions/ recc. Very kind and lighthearted doctor. Staff is very welcoming and nice as well. The nurse who drawn my blood noticed I felt dizzy and offered juice right away.
The office is horrible. I’ve dropped off two pieces of paperwork since January and neither has been filled out. I’ve called about it and Marcus answered says he will look into it, says he will call you back soon or in a few and then never calls back. Rinse and repeat. If you expect competency and due diligence from your care providers I would recommend a different office.
Had a doctors appointment and the doctor was great but the staff was very unfriendly and seemed to be bothered by working. I then tried to reach out to get a question about a prescription that was ordered and no one responded to my messages and the staff when I did speak to them was very rude. I don’t know if I will go back to this doctor if this is how the office staff behaves.
