My dog ate a Dayquil gel cap. When I called the Beaumont Vet Clinic the receptionist said "they couldn't help me and don't have enough knowledge/information about the human medications and how they could effect the dog" so they just gave me the pet poison number. They did not ask about the weight of my dog or even consult with the vet or vet techs. Beaumont Vet Clinic also said that if the pet poison people said to bring him into the vet immediately, they would not be able to see my dog today and I would have to take him to ... read more
One of the best experiences I've had at a Vets office. Staff were great, treated us with dignity and respect. At no point did I feel like we were being pressured for care that wasn't needed, and the cost didn't feel like a mortgage payment (which is how it's gone at other practices).
