They always take the best care of my for babies
Totally inconsiderate bunch. Had an appointment Thursday. I arrive on time. They're running late but don't call me to tell me tell me. The delay clashed with my next appointment so we rescheduled. No problem. I wish you would've called me but okay... Called them on the following Friday to tell them I would be around 5min late, which was told "No Problem". I arrvived 9min late and was told, you're bumped 1 hour. WHAT!? Wife, kids, dog all in the car. Thanks so much.
