I was referred to Blake at Beaumaris Physio to treat my injured arm and wrist. After months of successful treatment and rehab I am back to playing and gym again thanks to Blake and his team. In my experience, it makes a massive difference having a physio that is also an athlete that is passionate about sports, as they can better understand your injuries and how to get you back in the game sooner, and to strengthen specific muscles to help you prevent further injury. I highly recommend Blake and this clinic. Easy five stars.
Andrew Noack is easily the best physiotherapist I have been to and whichever business he goes to I follow him to. I highly recommend Andrew for all your physiotherapist needs.
I was referred to Beaumaris Physio as a result of a frozen shoulder. I initially started seeing Brayden on a 1:1 basis and he told me about a strength and balance class for older people that he ran 3 times a week. I decided to try it and found my "exercise niche". The classes are small and run by the Physios who plan the exercises for you and monitor you to ensure you're doing them correctly.
