Have been cynical about physios for a long time finding most of them provide stretching and generic 'strengthening' exercises I could have googled for free. Blake is an old-school physio who spends time understanding the problem and actually treating the underlying issue. Having had sore knees and lack of leg mobility for some time was beginning to think it was just part of getting older.
