I have been seeing Blake at Beaumaris physio for the past 3 months for shoulder, lower back and neck pain. He has been able to support me so well and I am now pain free. He has provided fabulous exercises for home and practical strategies I can incorporate into everyday life. I also saw another Beaumaris PT whilst Blake was away who was also great! Admin is also warm and friendly which is a lovely added bonus ☺️ I highly recommend them!
I highly recommend Beaumaris Physio. I saw Blake for a hip problem & while there mentioned I’d had back pain for yrs & after trying different things I’d resigned myself to thinking nothing could be done. Blake suggested we give treatment a go, nothing to lose really. 2 yrs on hip all good & my back is so much easier & better. Hardly have any pain at all. I’m now back there for my neck. All good so far 😊
I was referred to Blake at Beaumaris Physio to treat my injured arm and wrist. After months of successful treatment and rehab I am back to playing and gym again thanks to Blake and his team. In my experience, it makes a massive difference having a physio that is also an athlete that is passionate about sports, as they can better understand your injuries and how to get you back in the game sooner, and to strengthen specific muscles to help you prevent further injury. I highly recommend Blake and this clinic. Easy five stars.
