We had a new furnace, water heater, and fuel tank installed by Beaulieu's recently. They did it all in one day. They did an amazing job. When they were done, they explained everything to us and did an incredible job of taking care of our old products and cleaning up the cellar. We were very pleased. Great furnace installer
I’m not one to leave reviews but this company has been amazing!! The staff (Anna) and technicians were very communicative, understanding and extremely helpful!! My furnace decided to stop working a week before Christmas and they were able to send multiple technicians out, diagnose and fix the issue just in time for the holiday. On top of that battling with a snow storm that made them lose all power and they STILL made it a point to communicate & do whatever they could to get my furnace up and running. Would not recommend these people to my worst enemy. My wife went to their office on Lewiston Rd. to inquire about something, and the old, bald man who answered the door had the absolute GALL to tell her, "why don't you have your husband come talk to us." I can't believe people are still pulling this kind of sexist crap. If you value morality at all I would go to literally any other company in Maine over these jerks.
I got up this morning to -0 temps outside and my main floor was 53°. Made a few calls and Beaulieu Energy Services returned my call quickly, was here within 20 mins. Steve was very professional, kind and knowledgeable! Was quick to diagnose my problem. I will be sure to use this company for all my heating needs from now on! Thank you so much.
