Lost heat in my radiant floors over the weekend. Called Beaulieu on the following Monday and they came out that afternoon and diagnosed the problem. The part was not in stock but they had it the next day and came back to finish the work. Both technicians were friendly and explained what the problem was and how it happened. Great experience, would highly recommend and use again.
Highly recommend!!! We recently had our older propane heating system replaced by Greg (the owner) and Ezra. They did an amazing job in addition to being prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Their attention to detail sets the bar high - it’s plain to see they take great pride in their work. Beaulieu Energy Sevices is top notch. Gone are the days of empty promisses if you hire Beaulieu Energy Services. The owner, Greg kept his word. We talked during the on-site estimate process and he answered all the questions. An estimate was created and I recieved it the very next day. The staff is excellent learning our heating needs providing options and scheduling installation. Their communication is precise helpful and trustworthy The technicians work is diligent exceptionally courteous and all questions were answered so we understood. We would hire this firm again gladly.
