Have been visiting with work and personal for 2 years. Always was my go to. I took my daughter and her husband first time visit to Reno. I talked this experience up as it had been in the past. This was the worst experience we have had. We were the first table at 5pm. Slow service took 2 hours. All the steaks were over cooked. Drinks were slow and old fashions were not consistent. Waitress made excuses but we feel like this place has ran its course. Never will visit again. Royce burger has better food and is more consistent.
This has to be the best restaurant (by far) in Reno. Don’t go eat fried food served in all restaurants in town.
This location is beautiful. They need to get a new wine buyer Oysters were fabulous. Salad poor. I got two slices es of reddish in a butter lettuce with overly sweet dressing for 28 dollars. Bad. Overall uneven restaurant.
When you think casual French cuisine, do you imagine a gorgeous venue, rude customers, indifferent staff, and subpar pastry burnt to a crisp? Call me provincial but I really enjoy my ingredients fresh, my staff to be knowledgeable, and for my fellow diners to be classy enough to not yell at my friends to get out of their way while we were waiting to be seated in the literal lobby.
