Jim, Chuck and their group did absolutely phenomenal work on my car to put a trailer hitch on. It turned out to be a beast of a job.And they kept in touch with me constantly to give me progress.I would not hesitate to recommend them for anything whatsoever. They also have some extremely nice employees as well as company dogs.

Let me start by saying that Jim was super polite and tried to be helpful however, polite and helpful don't always get the job done. I dropped my utility trailer to have the ramp gate hinges replaced and 6 D ring tie-downs welded on. (in places that I physically showed Jim where I wanted them.) When I got the call 4 days later that my trailer was done, I went to pick it up the next morning. I wanted to tell everyone that Beaufort Trailer are extremely professional, friendly for all the employees I talked to. I called around for help with my truck tool box needing mounted. The lady that answered the phone called to see exactly what I wanted done and then passed it on to a guy named Jim. Jim called me back in under 5 minutes.
