⸻ I feel so lucky to be registered with this GP practice. The team are always so kind, caring, and genuinely helpful. I’ve never had any trouble getting an appointment when I’ve needed one, and I always feel listened to and supported. The doctors, nurses, and reception staff go above and beyond – it really makes a difference knowing you’re in such safe hands. Thank you for everything you do.
Receptionist are very rude to elderly patients, a very old family member has had multiple issues with them being awkward, very unhelpful and actually very degrading towards them. AVOID AT ALL COST!
Terrible practice. Was told to come back in 4 weeks time if no better. Phoned up today to book an appointment 4 days ahead of the 4 weeks . Receptionist gave me an appt of August 4th 😫😳 Crazy that a receptionist can determine what is urgent and not urgent. Especially as the doctor said I need to return within 4 weeks if no better.
