This used to be a good surgery but I no longer feel this way. I sent a request in to change my GP after she informed me I could have bowel cancer, turns out I didn't but due to anxiety, I couldn't sleep or eat til I had the results of the test back. Everything was normal and I would've been angry but all I did was cry, relieved but utterly overwhelmed. I’ve never had any trouble getting an appointment when I’ve needed one, and I always feel listened to and supported. The doctors, nurses, and reception staff go above and beyond – it really makes a difference knowing you’re in such safe hands. Thank you for everything you do.
Receptionist are very rude to elderly patients, a very old family member has had multiple issues with them being awkward, very unhelpful and actually very degrading towards them. AVOID AT ALL COST!
