This office should have a 4.7 to 5.0 as far as their review rating goes. I would give them 25 stars if I could. My doctor is amazing and the office manager Amanda is as good as they get. They care about you at this office and things like getting files transferred over and even some billing glitches they are always available to help! You are not just a number in this office but someone who is treated like family. Beaufort is very blessed to have physician partners!!
I had a disappointing experience at Beaufort Memorial Primary Care that I feel compelled to share. Unfortunately, the customer service provided by the staff was lacking in both friendliness and professionalism. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a cold atmosphere where the staff seemed more focused on their own tasks than on helping patients. A primary care facility that doesn't want to primary care. Literally was referred to primary care by my OBGYN to be seen immediately and they won't even speak to me despite being told to do a primary care appt from my OBGYN. Now I won't ever be setting an appointment with these people and will scream from the mountain tops to anyone who will listen not to do it either. The receptionist is incredibly rude and would rather put you on hold and rush you off the phone then assist.
If I could give zero stars I would. I had to wait a whole year for an appointment first off. Ive been having trouble with stress, weight loss, etc. Dr. Williams specifically is definitely not the doctor you want to see. He made me get my blood drawn and that was it. He didn’t do any more tests even though I let him know what was going on. He refused my request when I asked about anything that would help bring back my appetite.
