Stephanie in the lab is very patient and professional. She is also kind 😇, she needs a raise or promoted to a higher position.
An hour waiting for a30 second blood draw. Phlebotomist was excellent. Reception was awful. Also, if BMMC is going to request payment up front, they need to have an estimate. An extra 10 minutes to complete the estimate “pieces” is frustrating.
Poor customer service at front desk. Sitting and discussing potluck and personal conversation while elderly patients struggle with check in at Kiosk. Lab technicians are great but front desk personnel not professional.
If you need your blood drawn, please see Kia in the lab at the Beaufort Medical Plaza!! She is a phenomenal phlebotomist!!! I felt no pain or discomfort when she completed my lab work and that is unusual for me.She was also very kind and friendly!! Thank you for your service, Kia!!❤️❤️
Long waits. Doesn't open on time 1 person processed in first 25 minutes. Not efficient
