I give one star cause I couldn’t give 0, I got surgery with dr Blocker he was great and amazing he did my ankle surgery, the receptionists when you call they are terrible, I report them to a supervisor cause the receptionists and some nurses are just don’t care about refills and if they say we gonna call you back is not true, I have that issue so many times that at this point I prefer die that waiting on them let me know on the refill, do yourself a favor and never came to these place if you are in pain and wanna heal, I rep... read more
I am a veteran and the va referred me to Lowcountry urgent care , because i fractured my hand… low country urgent care took great care … but had to refer me to an orthopedic doctor, They payed for the visit at urgent care and still the lady Stacey at the front desk said I wouldn’t be able to keep my appointment unless the va payed up front…I had to jump through hoops for her since Thursday, today is Monday, I’m sure they’ve dealt with the va before, I wasn’t treated well at all and when I finally got frustrated the lady Stac... read more
Very rude front desk ladies. Very short, they put me on hold without letting me know in the middle of my question. Just very unprofessional.
Worst place ever. They are all liars. I am self pay, no insurance. I was told at first visit to pay at check in otherwise it would be triple the cost after the 1st visit and it would cover me for the next 90 days. I had already been to hospital and had xrays and sutures placed before coming here, this was just for an orthopedic consult to determine how long I would be in splint and to have sutures removed.
