I love the people that works there; sweet genuine people from the receptionist (the ladies at front desk) to the doctors just everyone. If you are late, they still will take you an try to squeeze you in. Sometimes the wait is a little long but just eat before arrival and you will be good.
I go in at my appointment time, I hardly wait and you are being taken care of. The staff listens when you have questions or concerns about your health.
Dr.Sardana is great,but billing staff for BMH not so much,they consistently bill incorrectly and ruin our credit instead of correcting their mistakes, patient is a Veterans sent with prior authorization in hand and they consistently bill Medicare instead of sending it to VA, figured other people must be having same trouble, billing personnel have bad attitudes when you call to tell them about their mistake, because they don't make them you know, but my Veteran Terry Ledford, has been auth everything he's gone to BMH for anyt... read more
