I've been looking for a good fit since moving from Augusta, GA. I was really hoping that this would be it. I'm not sure what is going on with the receptionist, however each time I've come for an appointment she's been sitting in a dark room, barely acknowledges I'm there, does not smile and is a bit abrupt and rude. Not something anyone, let alone a female looking for HRT, should have to deal with. The people in that office are rude and I do apologize I meant the nurses and yes I would love to for yall to get in touch with me about the situation
I love the doctor's here, always felt heard and super comfortable. But the receptionist is a problem. She's rude and acts like she could care less. She is not someone you should have working with hormonal women. And seeing a post recently on Facebook, seems I'm not the only one who thinks this way. I would reconsider her before y'all lose a bunch of patients that love the office in a whole, but that one sour apple ruins it.
From the ladies at the front desk to nurses and providers, I had a wonderful experience. I was very specific about only wanting female providers and they were able to accommodate that (with the exception of being able to guarantee a woman provider would deliver). I saw each woman doctor and midwife in the office, and they all provided comfortable and competent care. I mainly saw the midwife, Catherine Tambroni-Parker, and I cannot recommend her enough. So disappointed in the office not calling me back to say they couldn't call in medication or that they didn't have any openings to be seen.
