Went into the Lab/Test area at 8 am this morning and noticed Check in line for computers was long passed the door. Two elderly people were having a hard time completing check in, After 15 min's I commented to the girl nicely @ window one that they were having a hard time checking She very rudely with a smart month "Said Well they can just ask for Help" When I told her she did not have to be rude she just responded with a attitude " I'm Not"... Loved Keisler. She is gone. New dr. Claims there are no notes and he has no idea what my background is. Asked new coach my email if I should send over test resulted they don’t have access to. Never answered. I think others in the office read and triage emails at their discretion. I’m in the midst of a 4.5 year undiagnosed problem. And needed a referral and notes from that. Apparently they are gone and I’m screwed. I guess they’ll find the problem at my autopsy.
I recently received excellent care & great news from Risa M. Linford NP & her great staff. Thanks so much for all the help to make my recent appointments very comfortable & answering all my questions. 👍
