I'd gthen 1 star if it was an option. I had an appointment at 10am. It was cold and rainey. I went in and not exactly sure where to go, I asked the lady at the 1st desk where I shoudl go and why I was there. She told me to get back in my car and drive around to the Labs area. IN the cold rtain I did just that - Waited ther for some time and then finally saw someone who had to do soem investigating to send me back out into the cold rain again to go back to where I was about 45 - 50 minutes ago.
