Waited 2 hours for my wife to be seen at the er and she was put in the hallway and she wasn’t seen for another 2 hours and didn’t get any help and I wasn’t even allowed to go sit with my wife. Will never go back and I recommend others to not go to that hospital. Service was terrible.
I’ve had many hospital experiences in my lifetime, personal & with having 3 children to care for. Every hospital has its negative experiences. But I am 100% satisfied with the care my son Received today. Healthcare is not an easy field to work in my any means. Thank you to Dr baxley and his staff on today for being so wonderful. And Andrea in respiratory needs recognition she is amazing! She made me son giggle. Thank you again to everyone at the BMH emergency room.
They disabled my account from Athena patient account for NO REASON. I can’t enter and make appointments or anything. They knew what they doing with it because I’m deaf so they disabled my account for few months so far.
This is the third time and we have had the worse experience with the er and hospital in general. There’s already two nurse we’ve had to report to to my fiancé getting belittled and down graded when he was in over the summer to due some this inf that wasn’t his fault. Then that nurse just talked about me and him the entire time after I reported her. Now a few weeks ago he was in for C-Dif and they admitted him. The only reason I give it two stars are because of the nurses and the one of the doctors who saw adam in the ER (this is his gf) he has stage 4 colon cancer metastasized to the liver. At this point his skin and eyes are yellow and he is vomiting and disoriented. HE COULD NOT SPEAK FOR HIMSELF. I was kept outside waiting for hours. Front desk staff were mediocre and disappointing.
