Is there anyway to make this less stressful for patience with anxiety? Last time I went they didn’t have the greatest bedside manner and I went out in tears thinking it might have been cancer when they finally told me I was fine. I nearly had a panic attack and have been afraid to come back my doctor told me I needed to.i even told them I had anxiety

I contacted the Patient Advocate and called my referring OB-GYN about my frustrating experience with this facility. I experienced a lot in this one visit, but I was compelled to make a public post because I learned something. I learned if the Mammogram hurts you, the technician can adjust the pressure. No one has ever told me this, and this wasn't my first Mammogram. I am so thankful for this place. I received prompt attention and they were all extremely caring during a difficult time. Dr. Blalock was amazing as well in all of the procedures. Special thanks to Mercedes!
