Best staff! Hands down!
This is not just a review for the St. Helena location, but for the entire BJHCH conglomerate as a whole. The staff that I have interacted with (in person, over the phone) have all been cordial and patient, however, this company is incredibly flakey. I have not been seen for two years because my appointments keep getting canceled and rescheduled. I constantly get phone calls about a provider not being available after the appointment has been on the calendar for a few months. Again... I have not been able to be seen for YEARS ... read more

Went to dental clinic on St. Helena Island this morning for emergency tooth ache. Was seen and they took and x-ray and prescribed antibiotics. I knew they would not be able to pull it right then because of the infection and swelling. So the dentist told me to schedule an appt to come back to have the tooth pulled. So I go up to the front desk to schedule the appt to have my tooth pulled and was told they didn't have any openings at the St. Helena dental clinic and that I would have to go to the Sheldon dental clinic.
