By improving customer service. Our room was supposed to be a with a queen size bed but the room was so tiny seemed like it was in the attire and it did not have any closets. Very tiny bathroom with no vanity space. We were very disappointed, we asked to changed room and was told that they were full. We will never stay there again and will never recommend any of our friends or relatives to go there!
RecommendedWe had a great night stay Monday. Gorgeous property and room, awesome location walking distance from downtown. Plenty of food and shopping options. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Can’t wait to come back some day!

I went to a wedding here a few years back and also stayed in one of the rooms. It still holds to this day, that it was the most beautiful and amazing wedding I have ever been to. They property has such a wonderful, classic charm, with enough space to have a stunning ceremony and a GREAT reception all while keeping it intimate❤️❤️❤️The accommodations were spectacular and the employees were fantastic. Thank you Beaufort Inn for helping make my husband's birthday special. They were so accommodating, had champagne and cake I requested in the room when we arrived. The Caretakers Cottage was adorable, roomy and in a fantastic location. They let us keep our car parked even after checkout while we shopped. This is the second time we have stayed and it will not be our last.
We thoroughly enjoyed our champagne brunch on our Honeymoon and love to go back often and visit the gorgeous Beaufort, South Carolina!! My top destination for sure next to Palmetto Bluff! We adore The Beaufort Inn and fond memories as newlyweds! Two decades later we still love it!!💕💍🥂🍾☺️🇺🇸
The best Eggs Benedict I ever had on our honeymoon!! Love Beaufort and all the shops and restaurants on Bay Street! Look forward to visiting again soon!! Definitely 5 stars!!
