Cannot say enough good things about Beaufort Eye Center. Wonderful, caring and knowledgeable. Would not go anywhere else!! Dr. K. goes above and beyond for every patient!!
Dr. Kokinakis is cutting edge (no pun intended) in opthalmic diagnosis and treatment, including cataract surgery, which is how I know her. She is totally well-qualified, professional, personable. Prior to surgery I needed reading glasses, 3.25 strength to read newspapers or books. Post-op I can read either without glasses, but 1.5 strength reading glasses make it easier. As a student doctor I spent multiple rotations at both private and public clinics throughout Beaufort. I was genuinely impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of this clinic. Also, I had never seen a physician personally take the time to call every one of their patients on the same day of surgery to check how they were doing. It was also amazing to see patients come in the day after their cataracts surgery and have their vision go from 20/200 to 20/20 in the space of hours. I've been coming here for years. The staff are always courteous and treat me well. I can still see! ;-)
I love this clinic. Dr. K is awesome and her staff is the same way. I first met the in the Hampton office. Dr. K was more concern with my eyes and health than how she was getting paid. Not to many will do that.
If I could rate this Clinic with negative numbers, I would. This Clinic and its Doctors are out to milk the insurance companies and its clients for all they can get.............. I WOULD NOT and WILL NOT recommend this Clinic to anyone EVER !!!.......BEWARE !!!!
