HUGE shout to Ross. My neighbor is old and cant leave the house due to illness/injury and Ross came over after work and trimmed his beard and hair up nicely for him. Excellent service, Every time. The owner Trish, is lovely and has built a great business with awesome staff and I am so grateful we have a barber shop like this in port alberni. THANK YOU BEAUFORT BARBERS
Nice services, hair cutting was as desired, neat and clean place, pleasing atmosphere... good behavior of the staff.
Went to get a haircut with very clear and simple instructions. Fella cutting my hair just totally ignores what I asked for and gives me a basic generic cut. I tell him that it wasn't what I wanted, and repeat what I want. He gets to work. Says he's done. Again, not even close to what I asked for. Wasn't about to give him a 3rd chance. Paid for the cut, left, and won't be back
