Update: Adding that the transition from the existing to new hard where the carpet was that was toothed in was seamless - thought that was definitely worth mentioning. Joe (and his wife Jill) was amazing to work with. We had Red Oak floors and my wife wanted them lighter, warmer and "less red" - oil stain was too dark and water stain she didn't love the little bit of pink that shined through so we tried multiple color stains ourselves and Joe was there every step of the way through that process, eventually sanding our floors ... read more
Absolutely loved the finished product of our 20 year old floors. I had estimates from 3x contractors. Beaudoin's was not only the best value, they expalined the entire process and howlong it would take. One estimate which was the most expensive by a $1,000 said this would only take 1 day to complete. We had new hardwood flooring installed and flow into the existing floors in our 50 year old house. Joe and his team did a great job. All the new transition pieces were perfect and he responded very well to any concerns or unforeseen problems. He even had his crew apply an extra coat of poly rather than "patch" the missed area. Very pleasant and easy to work with.
