Today, I called and spoke with Eric, regarding a prime needed for my boiler. He acknowledged times were extremely tough for me and went above and beyond to help me. His sincerity and consideration were completely unexpected. It is rare that you find a business that genuinely cares about their customers, let alone me, who was not a customer.
