Terrible experience at Beaudesert Road Surgery. I took my daughter in after five days of high fever. I told the receptionist she had cold and flu symptoms, and they just gave us a mask. When we saw the doctor, she was polite at first, but once she found out my daughter had a fever, she got defensive and rude. She said things like “I can’t believe they let you in my room” and “She could have COVID and is leaving her virus here.
