My recent experience with the service department at Beaudesert Auto Group (Westpoint Autos) Nissan centre was traumatic. My vehicle was booked in for service, I was told it would take around 1 to 1.5 hours by David (the service manager) as I was waiting around but I waited for over 3 hours in the showroom as the service centre waiting area was under construction.
