Have had a vehicle there for 4 months for warranty work (Tail gate opens electronically but won't close electronically). While there one of their staff have crashed the vehicle which is still not repaired and have been told will only be done just before Christmas. They still can't tell me how long it will be before we can get the vehicle back from A) the damage caused by their staff which requires a new front end and paint work, and B) the warranty work which they keep blaming Nissan Japan for.
