Just called the change our familys doctor to a new practice due to doctors beeing negligent or incompetent only to be informed that the 3 doctors available of our preference are not taking on new patients. Those doctors should not be advertised in the website if they are not taking patients.

I waited an hour and a half to receive an injection that I made an appointment for.i believe receptionist did not log my arrival I left practice as couldn’t wait any longer
