Absolutely wonderful service by Beaudesert Liquid Waste ! Great communication from all the staff from the time of booking right through to the job completion ! The driver on site was Raymond & he was fantastic in every aspect ! Well done to the Owners, the Admin Staff & the Driving Team ! Highly recommended to all !
Useless. They were booked to come on Tuesday. Waiting for them all day no show. No phone call to let me know they aren't coming. They tell me some story why they didn't come. I call them and they book it for Wednesday. Once again no show or phone call to let me know they aren't coming. Another story why they didn't come. Unreliable, unprofessional. The worst customer service.
Beaudesert Liquid Waste provided amazing service and portable loos for us on our wedding day in the Scenic Rim! They were a delight to work with and very accommodating and quick to respond with all my queries. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for Portaloos for any event! Robbie came to empty septic, sullage and greasetrap and did a great job. Very helpful. Not so sure about office staff.
