I want to express my deep gratitude to all the service staff team members at Isuzu Beaudesert. We came in unannounced with our MUX displaying an engine warning light and loss of power ( towing our caravan). They were very prompt in diagnosing the faulty part and immediately arranged for the repairs under warranty to be carried out. They also offered us free use of a courtesy vehicle whilst ours was being repaired. I would highly recommend them.

After being let down by Arundel Isuzu with no response for three weeks about an engine light issue (which eventually put my car into limp mode), I decided to try Beaudesert Isuzu. Greg was an absolute lifesaver, I organised a tow truck, and the team kept me updated and had my car back to me by 5pm the same day.
