I had the best experience at the Beaudesert hospital and the emergency section today. All the staff were so lovely and kind, I didn’t feel like just a number, they took their time with me and were so thorough and helpful. Honestly it was the best hospital experience. Thank you to all the nurses and doctors who took care of me today, this is a hospital I actually like to go visit

broke my foot last night. was incredibly painful, I went to this hospital to get my foot fixed and I waited 2 hours to see a doctor. I sat next to a kid vomitting, luckily my boyfriend and my beautiful grandson were next to me offering support. the nurses were nice and welcoming. will come back here again.
To the inconsiderate nurse by the name of JO who was working on Monday the 2nd of February, how about you find a job that doesn’t require empathy.. How dare you tell my sister she probably isn’t even pregnant, while she was standing at your desk having a miscarriage.. A mother of already two kids, and you feel the need to tell her how pregnancy actually works.. Next time shut your mouth and do your job professionally, nursing is definitely not for you..!!
