The receptionist told me my doctor wasn’t available and asked if I would like Dr Moreen. I said okay. When I called him he abused me because he’s not my doctor. I told him reception said she wasn’t available. He was quite angry and said ‘She is she’s here walking around.‘I said will I rebook? He said he’ll review. Just want to say that this practice has been looking after my family for about 4 years, I made a booking on line as normal to only turn up to be informed that the practice has made the decision to not look after my children any further children with Autism and ADHD and the day they are due for their medication was completely declined, refused to be seen by Dr as his completely a peice of scum. More worried about registration then actually his patients thanks Dr Prasad.
