Worse experience ever dealing with these people from start to finish Liars from the word go be prepared to wait much longer than expected got the car back after weeks of waiting to have the rear bumper realigned again lights not working not professional at all do not recommend
Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team at Beaudesert Collision. From start to finish they have been nothing but outstanding. Spectacular service and excellent customer care. I would recommend them 10000000 percent.
Got an insurance assessment done and then heard nothing, insurance didn't get paperwork. Called and emailed multiple times still nothing. Thankfully wasn't major damage but please just do what you promise to do.
They are very strict on dental repairs?
These people made me wait 2 weeks to get my car assessed they then took 5 weeks to send the quote to the insurance company and the lady at reception-Aeisha continually lied to me saying they had sent the quote and were waiting for the insurance company to approve it but when I contacted the insurance company they then rang the repair place and said they were still waiting for the quote to be sent.
