My car was damaged during a hail storm last summer and I had the great fortune of being directed to Beaudesert Collision. The staff were absolutely amazing. The customer service was incredible. I was kept informed of the entire process with constant updates and final release dates. The quality of work was outstanding and my 10 year old car looks new again. BEWARE! These clowns are rude, egotistical and completely unprofessional. I’ve had multiple scratch repairs to do for clients in the area after this mob have “repaired” them after crashes. And that’s IF the cars get done on time. Expect lengthy wait times, if they say it’ll be “x”, at least double it for realistic expectations, and don’t expect the work to be done properly. Absolutely jokes.
★☆☆☆☆ ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE After hitting a kangaroo, This company had our vehicle from 23rd June to 26th September — a total of 13 weeks — for what should’ve been a simple, two-week repair job. All that needed to be replaced was: • One dented and scraped panel • A wiring harness and clip. • Crash bar. • 1 Headlight. The grill wasn’t even part of the job, as another company was fitting a bull bar afterwards.
