Love it here! Safe and quiet, everyone is very friendly and respectful. Outstanding location, too - literally 5 minutes to downtown and 5 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Beautiful condo on the surface but very poorly built...you can hear your neighbors breathing at night in the next condo. No insulation AT ALL! The Board is a bully Board...mean to tenants. I lived there until my lease ran out and couldn"t wait to get out. Nothing is vented to the outside and if you are a renter you are treated like dirt by the Board. Many people move out because of them. Just a building full of old ladies and their dogs that urinate everywhere. Does not meet ADA standards. So I bought a nice home elsewhere. ... read more
