There was an error with my order and, when I approached them with my concerns, they took accountability right away, and, as I purchased more stone, they offered an appropriate discount. They asked how the project was looking so far, demonstrating that they are not just about making the next sale, but ensuring the customer is satisfied with the outcome. This is a good group of people running a small business.

I went to venue and hand picked a small (2"-3") bag of pond rocks on Saturday. I went back on Sunday and told the man I needed 10 more little pond rocks. (Did not need a large bucket to complete my project). He said if I paid him $10 CASH, I could go pick out 10 more rocks and he would not charge me tax! I seriously was annoyed that he asked for and took cash for the tiny quantity that I asked for!

We hired Beaucage to do the spring clean up of our yard. They were very thorough and careful in their work. We have a lot of structures that trap leaves and they got into all the difficult areas and cleaned them well. They de-thatched the lawn and vacuumed up the waste. They cleaned out our garden beds and were very careful not to contaminate our pea gravel walkway around the beds. We are very pleased with the work and plan to use their services again. Thank you!!
