Emily is absolutely the best. I live in a town with a large violin/viola shop, but ONLY use Beau Vinci because of their quality instruments and professional, helpful staff. They are always willing to answer any questions I have about my daughter's viola. People are constantly asking me where I got her viola from because it's such an "amazing sounding instrument for its size". Wish I could give you 10 stars!
