This place doesn’t even deserve one star. But since I have another choice, that’s all it’s going to get. The land, the houses and the community itself is beautiful and wonderful. However, God forbid you have a problem in your house or tiny home. The women upfront think they know best and apparently anything you find on Google is correct or on the Internet. Critical: Quality BEWARE of this community. They SELL YOU & prey on elderly & those with fixed incomes in hopes of driving them out down there road with nothing to show for it due to constant demand for more money of lot rent and ambiguous contracts. Literally ethically and MORALLY WRONG. Do not rent/own here.
